Cherl Vendetti

Cheril Vendetti is not your typical stand-up comic, she is so much more! She sings, works the crowd, does physical comedy and puts on a show you’ll never forget. Her quick wit and comedy timing is faster than a speed of hysterical funniness. Her outrageous voluptuous showgirl persona, feather boas, and her wild curly hair that not even Tabitha could tame, has earned her a devoted following with audiences of all ages, race and gender. Taking her lead from the likes of Totie Fields, Joan Rivers and Don Rickles.

Ms. Vendetti is homey and outrageous…“Like an old friend from the Bronx, she is warm, natural, and at ease – with just a hint of coarseness”. – Bay Windows Newspaper.

She  is  a  seasoned  and  much  sought  after comedienne on America’s comedy circuit. When in Los Angeles, she is a regular at the World Famous Comedy Store in Hollywood, and was featured in The Main Room – a documentary about the club. She received a Clio Award for playing, what else, but an Italian cook in a Foster Farm’s commercial. She has appeared on HBO’s Real Sex, (thankfully, fully clothed) Showtime, OWN and FOX.   Cheril earned praise for her appearance at the NATPE Pitch Me Competition, where Newsweek said, “Anyone that can make Judge Judy look tame, deserves her own show!” It was on that stage where talent agent David Tenzer of CAA began to represent Cheril and her comical talk show “I Got Your Recipes… Right Here!!” The same stage Emmy nominated producer Roy Rede, president of Resonant Media fell in love with her talent and created two TV Pilots, The Queen of New Jersey and Queen of the Road. More recenty Cheril caught the eye of Demetrius Spencer from Motown Records / One World Media who was so drawn to her comedy style that he wrote a reocurring role   in is TV pilot, The Bogey Boys.

Cheril has just completed a comical Italian cookbook, Mistress of the Mob Cuisine, which has led to many daytime talk show appearances as “the comic that cooks.” She recently appeared on The List, Good Day San Diego, Good Day Texas, The Daily Buzz, Great Day Green Country, Sac & Co, Good Day Arkansas, OKC Live… just to name a few.

When not performing, Ms. Vendetti can be found sitting at her laptop or chasing around her 5 year old daughter while working on her second comical book based on having two Mommies, appropriately called “From Botox to Diapers.” (the first year of Mother-HOOD with a wrinkled forehead) Cheril is currently touring around the country with her live show, “The Cheril Vendetti Show” with her band The Pasta Fazools. She recently landed an episode in a new edgy food show on A&E and will hopefully be seen soon and often on WE tv.
